Doug Williams made his mark as a strong-armed, poised quarterback in both the NFL and USFL — and would later go on to become the first Black quarterback to win a Super Bowl and be named Super Bowl MVP. Before that historic moment, Williams was tearing it up with the Oklahoma Outlaws in the USFL and showing the same leadership and toughness that defined his career.
