Nellie Fox was the heart of the Chicago White Sox in the 1950s and early ’60s — a Hall-of-Famer, 15-time All-Star, 3-time Gold Glove winner, and the 1959 AL MVP who led the “Go-Go Sox” to the pennant. Known for his grit, leadership, and contact hitting, Fox remains one of the great second basemen in baseball history.
