1960 Topps Gil Hodges (#295) EX HOFer, Dodgers Great ^GRUMPYBUCK^

Gil Hodges was a beloved figure in baseball — an 8-time All-Star, 3-time Gold Glove winner, and cornerstone of the Brooklyn/Los Angeles Dodgers’ championship teams of the 1950s. After his playing career, Hodges became manager of the New York Mets, famously guiding them to the 1969 “Miracle Mets” World Series title. Inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2022, his legacy endures on both sides of the chalk.
